offer businesses full-service convenience without the expense.
Flexible spaces range from single offices to multi-room suites.

RECEPTION DESK

A reception desk welcomes visitors and answers incoming calls weekdays, from 8:00 am to 12 noon, and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Holidays are excluded. Two hours of typing per month is also provided free of charge.

TELEPHONE AND MAIL SERVICE

Each suite is equipped with telephone and fax lines. Outgoing mail is posted daily, and incoming mail is distributed Monday through Friday, holiday excepted.

JANITORIAL AND UTILITIES

Suites are cleaned after 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The heating and cooling system regulates suite temperature during extended business hours, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays until 1:00 pm.

SUITE SIGNAGE

Complimentary business signage is included in 4400 Broadway’s lobby as well as at the executive suite entrance.

CONFERENCE ROOM

Available free of charge, the shared conference room seats up to eight people and includes a conference telephone and white board.

COPIER

For convenience, a photocopier is provided to executive suite businesses.

COFFEE SERVICE

Available at no charge, a self-service coffee and tea station adds comfort for you and your visitors. A microwave, refrigerator, and bottled water are also available.
